FAQ-How
do I use a salt glow?
As a final step in the shower, wet your skin from head to toe. Then turn off
the water and spread some salt glow over your body GENTLY with your fingertips.
Begin with your hands and feet and work towards your heart, massaging and scrubbing
in small circles, until your skin starts tingling. Don't be too rough! Rinse
off the salts and pat your skin dry. A light coat of precious oils has just
been massaged into your skin, and you can let it be absorbed completely. Remember:
this is a spa treatment and requires more attention than other body care procedures.
Since oils could make you slip, we recommend you spread a towel on the floor
of the shower for your safety. It also helps to rinse the shower with hot water
to ensure that no traces of salt glow could make your shower slippery. Salt
glows promote skin healing but will burn on open wounds and eyes. They are
therefore not recommended for treatments of broken skin or on the face.
