Orders
As a family-owned business we strive to provide all our customers with prompt, courteous service and competitive pricing. The quickest way to place an order is to use our secure online order system; however, we can accept your order by mail using a printed order form, or by phone. There is no minimum order amount unless you will be paying by credit card then we have a $25 minimum

Pricing
Product prices are subject to change without notice. Prices stated on the web page do not include shipping charges, insurance or sales taxes. Shipping and handling fees are included in your Shopping Cart total. Residents of Texas must pay 6¼% State Sales Tax.

Delivery
We always work to ship orders as soon as possible; however, due to the nature of our handmade products, there may be times when items you order are not available for immediate shipment. You will be notified if your order will be delayed. 

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, and although your order will be extremely well packaged, we cannot be held responsible for damage in transit. Package shipments are insured. Although it is rare for an order to arrive damaged, please contact us immediately if there is a problem. WildWays Studios is not responsible for your order once it leaves our premises.

Returns and Guarantee
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed - Any and all returns must be authorized by a representative of WildWays Studios. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. If, for any valid reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will do our very best to rectify the situation. 

Accepted Methods of Payment - WildWays will accept the following forms of payment: 

Checks or Money Orders
Business checks, cashier checks, personal checks or money orders for your order total. If you opt to pay by check, you will receive an email confirming the address for mailing the check, including the shipping amount. Checks should be made payable to WildWays Studios.
Please note: Please allow 7 business days for the funds to clear before packaging of your order will begin.   

PAYPAL Secure Internet Payments
You can use your credit card or e-check to pay through PayPal. 

Secure Credit Card Processing
Your  MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit card details are collected using an SSL secured server from my shopping cart. There is a $25 minimum on credit card orders

Credit Cards Accepted By Phone
I can accept MasterCard, Visa, and Debit cards for payment. Please provide me with your phone number and best time for me to call to acquire your credit card information. Or you may email me with your phone number and the best time to reach you. DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION VIA EMAIL.

Returned Checks
Any check returned by your bank for insufficient funds is subject to a $35.00 handling fee.

Privacy
We use a secured server to collect your information when placing an order from our website. Your information being kept private and safe is a top priority with our company. Your information is used only to process your order and will not be used for any other reason.
